We are seeking a dedicated Mentoring Coordinator to join our team in London, supporting individuals affected by the criminal justice system.
About the Role:In this pivotal position, you will be at the forefront of a mentoring service, providing guidance and support to individuals on their journey back into the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Volunteer Management: Develop and implement effective volunteer onboarding and training programs, ensuring a robust team of dedicated mentors.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with probation services, charities, and relevant agencies to create a supportive network for clients.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of the mentoring program by collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching, with a strong understanding of the criminal justice system.
- Knowledge of case management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
