Mentorship Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Mentoring Coordinator to join our team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals on their journey back into the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Volunteer Management: Develop and implement effective volunteer onboarding and training programs, ensuring a robust team of mentors is in place to provide support to clients.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with probation services, charities, and relevant agencies to create a supportive network for clients, promoting a seamless transition back into the community.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor the effectiveness of the mentoring program by collecting and analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Experience in mentoring or coaching, with a strong understanding of the criminal justice system.
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
