The Role

TPP's Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company and formulating short- and long-term goals. You will work directly with our customers, supporting our network of worldwide suppliers and business relationships, and have an impact on the future use of IT in healthcare globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and advancement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Represent the company brand at international events and conferences
  • Analyse customer needs and develop service plans to meet their requirements

Requirements:

  • Predicted 2:1 or above at degree level
  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and writing)
  • Adept in English (writing and speaking)
