Job Overview:

  • As a Head of Property Maintenance at ZipRecruiter, you will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, guaranteeing a clean and welcoming environment for everyone involved.
  • This position requires effective leadership skills to manage a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring they complete their tasks efficiently and safely.
  • You will also collaborate with external contractors when necessary, making sure projects are completed to the highest standards.

About You:

  • Your primary focus will be on maintaining the integrity of our properties, fostering a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all.
  • With significant hands-on experience in property maintenance, you'll possess excellent knowledge of trade skills and be able to handle diverse maintenance tasks with ease.
  • Responsibilities include managing working hours effectively, having a valid UK driving license, IT proficiency, and passing grades in Maths and English (or equivalent).

Salary Range: £38,000 - £45,000.
