To serve as a trusted advisor to NetJets' Owners, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the NetJets program and a deep understanding of each Owner's unique needs. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities to retain business, sell new aircraft, and increase flight hours flown, ensuring exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
Key Tasks
- Monitor economic trends, Owner flight history, and NetJets' fleet plan to proactively offer Owner solutions for renewal, trading, adding-on, and graduating from Card to Share.
- Effectively manage timelines to address upcoming renewals and card expirations, utilizing Salesforce.com to track progress and communicate with Owners.
- Stay informed of changes to Owner and Owner's industry, addressing any changes with a solution-based approach and utilizing strategies introduced through internal sales training to build consensus of NetJets' value.
- Proactively monitor Owner flight activity to minimize and resolve service disruptions, communicate and champion NetJets' value through service victories and upgrades.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years related work experience
- Previous Sales experience preferred
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken)
