Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting our young clients with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our clients with tracheostomy equipment, including administering medication and setting up PEG feeds.
  • Assist with clinical interventions, such as ventilation and tracheostomy care, in a school setting.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, their families, and our school partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with tracheostomy equipment is essential.
  • At least 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Confidence and experience working with children.
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
