Job Title: Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence and dignity.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, ensuring timely interventions and referrals to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in care and support.
Requirements:
  • 6 months paid UK-based care experience.
  • Previous experience working with complex care clients, including clients with a tracheostomy.
  • Flexibility to offer availability at short notice.
  • A full UK driver's license with access to your own vehicle.
  • Confidence working with children, with the ability to make shifts fun and engaging.
