Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young client with complex care needs, including tracheostomy care, ventilation assistance, and medication administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our client with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with tracheostomy care, including suctioning and tube changes.
  • Administer medication as prescribed by our client's healthcare team.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our client.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with tracheostomy equipment is essential.
  • 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Confidence working with children and ability to build strong relationships.
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
