About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our young client with complex care needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to our client, including tracheostomy care, ventilation assistance, and medication administration.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client and their family.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with tracheostomy equipment is essential.
  • 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Confidence in working with children and ability to build strong relationships.
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
