We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Superior Healthcare in Hartfield. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a loving family and make a real difference in the life of our 4-year-old client.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of professional care experience in the UK, with a focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a healthcare setting. Previous experience working as a Support Worker, particularly with clients who have a fitted tracheostomy, is essential.

As a Care Specialist with Superior Healthcare, you will be responsible for closely observing and monitoring the client for any clinical intervention required. You will also be expected to be fun, friendly, and engaging with the client around their interests and hobbies, promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing tracheostomy care and assisting with ventilation
  • Setting up PEG feeds and administering medication
  • Supporting the client with their bedtime routine
  • Working closely with the client's family and healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you're equipped to meet our client's needs confidently.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for this role. Flexibility to offer availability at short notice, including weekend shifts, is also essential.
