Join our dynamic team at Reflux UK as a Sales Patient Coordinator and play an instrumental role in guiding patients through their journey from the first enquiry to treatment for reflux-related conditions. We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills to manage patient inquiries, educate patients about reflux treatments, coordinate appointments, nurture patient relationships, and ensure exceptional patient care throughout the sales process.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Educating Patients**: Clearly explain reflux-related conditions, treatment options, and procedures to patients, ensuring they are well-informed to make healthcare decisions.
- **Appointment Coordination**: Efficiently schedule appointments for patients to consult with reflux specialists and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Nurturing Patient Relationships**: Build rapport with patients, listen to their concerns, and provide empathetic support throughout their journey.
- **Sales Process Management**: Guide patients through the sales process, address their questions and concerns, and assist them in making informed decisions.
- **Surgery Booking**: Coordinate surgical procedures for patients, liaising with medical staff and hospitals for scheduling and arranging pre-operative and post-operative care.
- **Hospital Liaison**: Collaborate with hospitals to facilitate admissions, surgeries, and necessary procedures, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.
- **Meeting Sales Targets**: Work towards and achieve sales targets set by the company to contribute to the organisation's growth and success.
- **Patient Care Advocacy**: Advocate for patients' needs and ensure they receive exceptional care and support throughout their interactions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with sales team members, healthcare professionals, and other staff to ensure a seamless patient experience and efficient workflow.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, appointments, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest developments in reflux treatments and procedures by attending training sessions as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly and understandably.
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards patients, with a genuine desire to improve their health and well-being.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the organisation's success.
- Knowledge of reflux-related conditions, treatments, and procedures is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and acquire relevant knowledge is essential.
