Role Overview:
The Recovery Focused Practitioner will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their recovery journey, using goal-setting and person-centred approaches. This role requires a deep understanding of mental health issues and the ability to develop empowering relationships with service users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support service users in a recovery-focused way, promoting autonomy and empowerment.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with service users, utilizing formalized peer support models.
- Facilitate group work or individual sessions, promoting skill-building and self-confidence.

Requirements:
- Great people skills, honesty, reliability, and resilience.
- Ability to motivate and inspire people to develop skills and self-confidence.
- Autonomous working within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT).
