Job Summary:
As a Peer Wellbeing Coach, you will provide vital support to individuals in their recovery journey, using lived experience and goal-setting approaches. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach, with the ability to develop empowering relationships with service users.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide recovery-focused support to service users, promoting autonomy and empowerment.
- Develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with service users, utilizing formalized peer support models.
- Facilitate group work or individual sessions, promoting skill-building and self-confidence.

Requirements:
- Respect and dignity for service users.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Autonomous working within Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT).
