About the RoleThe Female Football Programme Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive football initiatives and programs for women and girls of all ages and abilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality football programmes for participants of all abilities and backgrounds
- Lead and manage the football development team
- Work with the DAFC Academy on curriculum and player progression
- Develop strategic partnerships with local and national organizations
- Maintain an effective online presence and coordinate website and social media content
Requirements:
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Safeguarding certificate
- Degree or equivalent in sports development, coaching, or football
- UEFA B licence
- FFIT and other SPFL wellbeing trainer qualifications
- Mental Health First Aider certificate
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
