Job Title: Youth Football Development Lead

About the Role:

Sportscotland is seeking an experienced and innovative Youth Football Development Lead to lead the development and delivery of youth football programmes across various locations. The successful candidate will work closely with local clubs, schools, and community groups to create engaging and inclusive football initiatives for young people.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grassroots football development, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in project management and partnership building. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive youth football development plan, ensuring that all stakeholders receive regular feedback and updates.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including a company laptop, mileage allowance, and invitations to corporate events.
