Football Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Football Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of all football-related provision, including programme development, staff management, and partnership building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the football development team
  • Develop high-quality football programs for participants of all ages and abilities
  • Work with the DAFC Academy on curriculum and player progression
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local and national organizations
  • Maintain an effective online presence and coordinate website and social media content

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Current Safeguarding certificate
  • Degree or equivalent in sports development, coaching, or football
  • UEFA B licence
  • FFIT and other SPFL wellbeing trainer qualifications
  • Mental Health First Aider certificate

Location: KDM Group East End Park, Dunfermline KY12 7RB

Contract: Full time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience
