Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the venue, events industry, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on profit rather than turnover.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email.
  • A full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
