About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln, working with young people aged 16-21. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to develop essential skills and achieve independence.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced support worker who has a proven track record of delivering structured support to vulnerable groups. You will work closely with Senior Support Workers and external agencies to create and deliver personalized support plans.

  • Act as Keyworker for a group of young people, coordinating their support
  • Develop support plans and assist with housing management duties
  • Facilitate regular consultation, enabling young people to make informed resettlement choices
  • Guide young people on budgeting and welfare benefits claims
  • Apply safeguarding protocols to ensure the welfare of clients
  • Run activity programs and group sessions as required
