We are looking for individuals to fill a non-executive director position at BounceOT, a social enterprise dedicated to improving the quality of life and participation in meaningful activities for children and adults with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in accountancy, HR, legal, marketing and communications, or business leadership and strategy. Although previous governance experience is not necessary, a full induction and training program will be provided.

As a non-executive director, you will play a vital role in overseeing the governance of BounceOT on a voluntary basis. This involves approving operational strategies and policies, monitoring their implementation, and evaluating progress.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that key risks are identified, monitored, and controlled effectively. Additionally, you will review and approve BounceOT's financial statements and management accounts.
