**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Control Specialist to join our Finance Team at Stirling Council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring the accuracy of payments to and from suppliers and customers, and maintaining knowledge of Accounts Payable practices and procedures in Local Government.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning system to develop their skills and progress their career with us.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a team of staff in the Finance Team.
  • Ensure the financial control and accuracy of payments to and from suppliers and customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of Accounts Payable practices and procedures in Local Government.

**Requirements:**

  • Knowledge and understanding of Accounts Payable practices and procedures in Local Government.
  • Experience of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Estimated Salary Range: £36,066 - £39,282 per year.
