Job Title: Automotive Financial Controller

As an Automotive Financial Controller at Park's Motor Group, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial direction of our company. With a focus on optimising financial performance, you will lead our finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.

You will work closely with our operational management team to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on effective financial reporting. Your skills and experience will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance current procedures. A proven track record in managing staff across a multi-site environment is essential for this role.

We offer an estimated annual salary of £50,000 - £70,000, depending on experience. This includes a range of benefits, including access to the Company Pension Scheme, Colleague Introductory Scheme, and industry leading discounts on new and used cars.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the finance team to deliver accurate and timely financial information
- Collaborate with operational management to understand their financial needs
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance current procedures
- Manage dealership assets to maximise cash flow
- Develop and manage your team, encouraging strong controls and compliance with group policies
- Submit manufacturer composites and analyse dealership KPIs
- Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes to support organisational performance
