We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at our Grangemouth Hyundai branch.

The ideal candidate will have previous motor industry experience, with a strong background in managing and coaching a team of vehicle technicians and apprentices.

This role would be ideal for an organized, quick-thinking individual looking to develop their career and move into a management position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach a team of vehicle technicians and apprentices
  • Deliver high levels of productivity and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience, plus additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses
