Front of House Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Add Resource and Labour. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service and hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee the smooth operation of hotel services, including reception, concierge, and room service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
