Front of House Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at Add Resource and Labour. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of service quality.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and control front of house costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front of house management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
