About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of front of house staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Manage the front of house operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and food safety regulations.
Requirements
