We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Austin Fraser and support children with special educational needs in a SEMH school community.

Main Requirements
  • Estimated Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (£85.30 per day)
Job Description
  1. Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for pupils with SEN.
  2. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular updates to teachers and parents.

  1. Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  4. DBS check required.
  5. References will be taken up prior to interview.
