Supporting Children with Special Needs

We are looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Austin Fraser and support children with special educational needs in a SEMH school community.
Main Requirements- Estimated Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (£85.30 per day)
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for pupils with SEN.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular updates to teachers and parents.
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- DBS check required.
- References will be taken up prior to interview.
