An Exciting Opportunity - An exciting opportunity has emerged in our global commercial team. This permanent role, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, could lead to broader opportunities within the company.
We're looking for an experienced business development professional who can work collaboratively with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement an effective sales strategy that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively seek out other business opportunities to increase revenue and set our company apart.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development Activities - Manage and lead business development activities within our key market sectors. Partner with the Chief Customer Officer to set clear goals and objectives for the EMEA market sector team and provide customer market intelligence to support achieving these goals.
- Pipeline Management - Manage pipeline targets aligned with our core, strengthen, and growth markets, driving momentum and achieving target goals.
- Strategic Planning - Develop regional strategies that support identifying internal and external factors shaping market trends and evaluating their impact on our value proposition. Identify opportunities for new capabilities/services and enablers required to execute our strategy.
- Sector Knowledge - Possess expertise in Medical, High-End Industrial, Space, or Cyber-Security sectors.
- Customer Service Excellence - Represent the voice of the customer throughout Chemigraphic Ltd. Work with customers to identify their needs, develop and execute solutions to meet those needs, and deliver customer excellence while growing profitable revenue.
- Relationships - Build and sustain multi-level relationships with key customers, engaging with executive levels and decision-makers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Five (5) years of related experience is required; EMS is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Strong relationship-building skills/ability to adapt to diverse cultures.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience working in a small global team with rapid growth plans.
- Ability to lead without direct authority.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or finance.
