Technical Support Specialist with Excellent Communication Skills

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Manage online store customer service, providing technical support across a wide range of products.
- Monitor and maintain service quality standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service (office or call centre).
- Strong communication and active listening skills to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Zendesk.
- Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail.
- A team player with a strong desire to help others.
