About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Performance team as a Vehicle Repair Network Support Specialist. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave within the team, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Network and Engineering teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company procedures.
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the Network, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Process daily task lists, allocate tasks, and re-diary as required.
- Provide general administration duties for the engineer's team, including allocating work to engineers and ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage the Non-Network repair process, dealing with ongoing repair and total loss cases, and assisting with any issues that may arise.
- Expand knowledge base to assist in dealing with engineering tasks, including engineering systems, repair technology, valuations, and salvage categories.
- Process customer emails and enquiries, handling incoming and outbound calls, and ensuring compliance with company and other relevant standards/regulations.
Requirements
- Administration experience, with a strong understanding of motor claims administration processes.
- Knowledge of FCA requirements, including TCF.
- Understanding of claims in motor insurance.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good time management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize own work.
- Good understanding and ability to use Microsoft Excel.
