Job Title: Water Network Transformation Specialist

Job Summary:

The Resolute Group is seeking a Water Network Transformation Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the Water team, you will support the Programme lead in rolling out a change programme in a Water Networks team. Your focus will be on processes, systems, training, internal legislation, and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data and information covering operational strategies regarding clean water optimisation
  • Network characteristics: capacity, pressure, redundancy, and reliability, flow direction and velocity, leakage
  • Asset condition: maintenance and age of infrastructure, physical integrity, operational performance, hydraulic performance
  • Leakage detection: network-wide leakage monitoring, data analysis, and leak detection, leak prevention strategies

Requirements:

  • Change Management or Transformation experience within the Utilities sector (Water, Gas, Power)
  • Risk Management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Process Redesign and Optimisation
  • Compliance and Governance

Working Arrangements:

This role is based in West Sussex and involves hybrid working, with 2 days a week spent working from home and 3 days a week in the client's office.

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 basic + travel
