We're seeking a skilled Vehicle Repair Network Support professional to join our Performance team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

This 9-month fixed-term contract role will cover a maternity leave within the team, with potential for extension.

As a Vehicle Repair Network Support, you'll undertake general administration and housekeeping duties for the Network and Engineering teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing daily task lists and allocating tasks as required
  • Providing general administration duties for the engineer's team
  • Allocating work to engineers to ensure all tasks are completed within KPIs and SLAs
  • Managing the Non-Network repair process
  • Dealing with ongoing repair and total loss cases, and assisting with any issues that may arise
  • Expanding knowledge base to assist in dealing with engineering tasks, including engineering systems, repair technology, valuations, and salvage categories
  • Processing customer emails and enquiries
  • Handling incoming and outbound calls, dealing with businesses and the motoring public
  • Ensuring compliance with company and other relevant standards/regulations at all times

Requirements include:

  • Administration experience
  • Ability to understand motor claims administration processes
  • Knowledge of FCA requirements (including TCF)
  • Understanding of claims in motor insurance

Desirable skills include:

  • Good level of communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good time management and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise own work
  • Good understanding and ability to use Microsoft Excel
