Job Title: Junior Administrator

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Summary: As a Junior Administrator at Office Angels, you will be based in a convenient location with ample parking. You will facilitate the smooth transition of customers from the sales team to the final delivery of their leased vehicles. Your responsibilities will include managing the process from order placement to delivery, ensuring all necessary post-delivery paperwork is completed, and guaranteeing efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order & Delivery Management: Review and verify sales orders before placing with suppliers, maintain customer communication throughout the finance process, coordinate vehicle delivery after completion of finance documents, and ensure all post-delivery paperwork is submitted for timely payments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle PCN notices, communicate fees to customers, manage end-of-contract collections and part exchanges, oversee vehicle off-hire and post-lease purchase processes, manage chassis profit invoicing, and ensure timely submission.
  • Customer Service: Act as the point of contact for escalated customer inquiries or issues, provide professional and efficient customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
