The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting the recruitment activities for assigned Abbott UK businesses. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each client business's objectives and strategy
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Business HR to identify skill requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies
  • Work closely with hiring managers to source and attract top talent, ensuring a high-quality candidate pipeline
  • Utilize Abbott's ATS Workday to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, from intake to offer negotiation and hire

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience or a junior recruitment agent background
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies
  • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday
  • High-quality standards in hiring practices
