Standalone TA Manager - FMCG Role Overview

Michael Page (UK) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Standalone TA Manager - FMCG to lead the attraction, assessment, and delivery of candidates across the four business units within the UK&I. This is a key role for a successful FMCG company with a global footprint and long-standing heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily UK recruitment activities, including EVP projects, Recruitment Technology adaptation, and early careers strategy.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage the internal and external talent acquisition process.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise the talent acquisition process with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Coach stakeholders on the talent acquisition process, ensuring hiring manager capability and a great candidate experience.
  • Own the intern and apprenticeship programme from an internal and external perspective, focusing on ensuring that the company is an employer of choice and has a great brand with local schools & universities.
  • Capture and present recruitment analytics to provide stakeholders with a dashboard view and drive acquisition strategy.
  • Manage the budget to deliver the talent acquisition annual operating plan.
  • Receive, review, and qualify all candidates, focusing on quality and candidate experience.
  • Manage all communications, including interview booking and testing processes with candidates and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting FMCG / Food & beverage manufacturing individuals.
  • Experience in leading or participating in EVP and Employer brand activities and projects.
  • Demonstrable experience of project management across multiple disciplines or functions.
  • Passionate about talent acquisition with a personal pride for finding the 'right' candidate and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • An agile approach to understand the variance of professions within an FMCG company.
  • A passion and understanding of the FMCG world from a business context.
