Head of Advanced Product Sales

Job Summary
Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales leader to join our team as the Head of Advanced Product Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team to maximize sales of our advanced products, including ATMS, APNT, and internal manufacturing sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and win new business.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure excellence in business capture, pipeline development, and proposal writing.
- Liaise with US business R&C teams to pursue and capture international opportunities.
- Manage budgets and ensure alignment with sales plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to plan and execute capture strategies.
- Coordinate and manage program-associated NBI accounts, capture and proposal gate reviews, new business assessment, and pipeline reviews.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a business development/strategic role within advanced products areas.
- Commercial awareness, including intuitive risk and opportunity assessment.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, including board.
- Experience of winning new business as an individual and meeting business capture and/or sales targets as a business capture or sales leader.
