Financial Leadership Role

The company is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join their team in Carlisle, Cumbria. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the business.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will also be involved in the production of weekly and monthly reports, as well as managing a small team of accounts assistants.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably Part Qualified (CGMA/CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA) or qualified by experience
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within a management role
- Previous experience working within a similar role
- Excellent attitude to learning
Benefits:
A competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (negotiable for highly experienced candidates), plus benefits including staff discounts, company pension, 28 days holiday, and potential study support. This permanent contract offers full-time hours with a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday.
