We are seeking an experienced Fashion Store Leader to manage one of our flagship stores in Keswick. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Description:- Lead a team of sales assistants and management staff to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
- Manage inventory levels, optimize stockroom efficiency, and minimize losses
- Collaborate with senior management to set business objectives, develop store plans, and monitor performance
- A basic salary up to £34,000, plus a generous bonus scheme
