The Cleaning Support Manager role at Setsquare Recruitment offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Operational Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to deliver exceptional service for our contract. Your focus on innovation and operational excellence will drive both team performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage a team of Operational Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to ensure service standards and client expectations are met.
  • Manage staffing levels and recruitment processes in alignment with contracts resource plans and operating model.
  • Handle all aspects of team management, including induction, probation, performance development, absence management, and employee relations.
  • Conduct regular inspections, 'Manager in the Field' rounds, and audit reviews to maintain high-quality service delivery.

Benefits
A competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
