The Cleaning Support Manager role at Setsquare Recruitment offers a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of Operational Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives to ensure service standards and client expectations are met.
- Manage staffing levels and recruitment processes in alignment with contracts resource plans and operating model.
- Handle all aspects of team management, including induction, probation, performance development, absence management, and employee relations.
- Conduct regular inspections, 'Manager in the Field' rounds, and audit reviews to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Benefits
A competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
