Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our team in the North England and Northern Ireland region. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with decision-makers to specify our products in public and commercial buildings, healthcare establishments, and other relevant settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining relationships with clients and distributors. They will be autonomous, ambitious, and driven to manage their area and achieve sales targets.
The role requires a full-time commitment, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with clients and specifiers. Our training program and adapted tools will support the successful candidate in developing their talents and progressing within the company.
Responsibilities- Meet with decision-makers to specify our products in public and commercial buildings, healthcare establishments, and other relevant settings.
- Follow up on main construction projects throughout all construction stages, from design to handover.
- Create customer loyalty and dynamize the network of professional distributors.
- Train clients and specifiers on our products.
- Plan and organize visits to ensure effective sales and marketing efforts.
- Develop the turnover on the assigned area.
- Candidates must live on-patch (NE, DH, SR, TS, DL, CA, and LA).
- Hands-on person with a taste for technical products and a willingness to learn.
- Client-driven with a strong background in sales and marketing.
- Autonomous and ambitious, with a focus on managing the area and achieving sales targets.
- External sales experience is essential.
- Full UK driving license and passport (for training purposes).
