CV-Library is currently recruiting for an Autism Teaching and Learning Associate to join our team of dedicated professionals. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students with Special Needs.

About the Role

This position involves supporting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons, which requires a unique blend of teaching and care skills. Experience working with Special Needs pupils or a background in Care Work is essential, as is familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, tailored to meet the individual needs of our students with Autism.
  • Working closely with class teachers to ensure seamless lesson delivery and effective student support.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress, tracking and reporting on key milestones and achievements.
Requirements:
  • An honours degree in Education, Special Needs or a related field, with a strong focus on teaching and learning methodologies.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience working with students with Autism or other Special Needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
