About the Role

This vital position requires someone who thrives in a busy environment, constantly aiming for excellence in their field. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing building surveys to inform the Life Cycle Management plan, developing information systems for optimal data recording and analysis, and providing insightful reports to update the leadership on progress, risks, and strategic planning.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Survey Management: Undertake on-site surveys to assess building conditions and identify sustainable solutions for repair or replacement.
  2. Net Zero Initiatives: Lead initiatives to meet Net Zero objectives through informed recommendations based on survey outcomes.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work together with teams across the organisation to foster energy efficiency, sustainable construction, and the overall enhancement of the estate's life cycle.
