This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our omni-channel sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple touchpoints.

• Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by leveraging product knowledge, clienteling tools, events, and promotions.
• Omni-Channel Mindset: Ensure seamless in-store to online interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborative Environment: Contribute to a dynamic team atmosphere that fosters creativity, idea-sharing, and mutual support.

• Fragrance & Beauty Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain expertise on luxury fragrances, makeup, and skincare products to close sales effectively.
• Passion and Enthusiasm: Demonstrate genuine passion for the brand, products, and services to customers, managers, and colleagues.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed performance targets based on sales data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
