About the Role

This specialist will be responsible for producing detailed cost forecasts, tracking cash flow, and managing subcontract tenders. Strong analytical and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.

Your Background
  • A degree/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field is mandatory
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts, especially Option B, is a requirement
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently and in teams are necessary
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
