Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Vendor Liaison Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with assigned vendors.

Main Tasks:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned vendors, ensuring seamless communication and regular business reviews.
  • Support sales teams by providing timely assistance with quotes, orders, and technical pre-sales queries.
  • Identify and pursue product solution opportunities in collaboration with pre-sales specialists, focusing on meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional customer value.
  • Foster effective communication between client pre-sales resources and internal teams to ensure accurate configuration and solution offerings.
  • Drive sales growth by cultivating relationships with existing resellers and exploring new revenue streams.
  • Work closely with the Infinigate CRM system to accurately forecast revenue and gross profit streams.
  • Cross-sell Infinigate's product range where feasible, enhancing overall sales performance.
  • Ensure efficient stock management, where applicable.
  • Develop and maintain 'sales tools' and pricing details within the Infinigate CRM system.
  • Contribute to impactful marketing and demand generation campaigns in collaboration with Barracuda Resellers and Infinigate's Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Effectively manage loan, demo, and part code operations.
  • Manage backorders effectively to meet customer expectations.
