About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Technical Team at Tampa Gardens Senior Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the implementation of our audit quality strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Audit Quality and Root Cause Analysis
    • Develop and oversee the performance of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies on internal and external inspections, ensuring the identification of root causes and causal factors.
    • Communicate RCA findings and recommendations through written reports, policies, and guidance, as well as firmwide training sessions.
    • Assist in formulating and implementing the firm's audit quality strategy and plans, in conjunction with the Audit Quality Director and the Audit Policy Group.
    • Consider outcomes from RCA and quality improvement processes, and liaise with the Learning & Development team regarding additions to and improvements in guidance, methodology, and policies and procedures.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Assist with the performance of quality reviews, including hot and cold file reviews, Engagement Quality Reviews, and thematic reviews.
    • Provide technical support and guidance on audit and audit methodology.
    • Contribute to the appraisal of other Technical Team members with whom you have worked closely.
Requirements
  • Referring contentious issues to the Audit Quality Director and the Head of Technical, as appropriate.
  • Differentiating and identifying root causes and causal factors from observations in respect of relevant areas of improvement addressed by root cause analysis.
  • Devising remedial actions to relevant quality shortcomings identified by reviews and root cause analysis.
