HR and Business Development Director

We are seeking a dynamic HR and Business Development Director to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership in London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting our talented team of consultants, and contributing to the firm's continued growth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR, operations, or office management, with a strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in HR systems and IT administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. People and Culture Management
    1. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development
    2. Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures
    3. Manage performance reviews and training programs
    4. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices
  2. Operational Leadership
    1. Provide administrative support to Partners and senior leadership
    2. Manage office operations across London and international locations
    3. Coordinate IT systems and training
    4. Organize company events and team-building activities
  3. Business Development and Marketing
    1. Develop and maintain marketing materials
    2. Update company website and manage external communications
    3. Support business development initiatives
    4. Provide client coverage and interim support as needed

Practical Details:

  • Location: London (Parsons Green) with flexible working
  • Salary Range: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
  • Potential for growth and bonus based on business performance
