Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the YouTube strategy for our podcasts
  • Generating high-performing episode video ideas
  • Creating engaging titles and thumbnails for episodes, clips, and shorts
  • Collaborating with video editors to ensure high retention rates
  • A/B testing thumbnails on YouTube and via paid media strategies
  • Driving monetization goals
  • Scheduling, posting, and managing content on channels
  • Building and engaging with our community

Critical skills:

  • Evaluating content performance on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Data analysis of episode performance
  • Making data-driven recommendations to improve key metrics

We're looking for a YouTube enthusiast who is data-driven, highly organized, and creative. If you're passionate about growing YouTube channels and have a knack for data analysis, we'd love to hear from you.
