We are seeking a skilled Customer Advisor to join our Pavers Shoes team in Wrexham. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories, making recommendations based on their needs and preferences.
  • Meet daily KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
