Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand presence with national retail groups, on-trade accounts, and key partners.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure consistent growth and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Drive brand visibility and market penetration through innovative sales initiatives and promotional strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing direction and support to ensure targets are met.

Proven experience in senior sales role within spirits, beverage, or FMCG sector. Strong relationships and network within on-trade and off-trade sectors. Track record of growing national accounts and working with large retail groups. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring sales teams.
