**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct care and support to young people, including key working and daily activities
* Work in partnership with young people, their social workers, and other agencies to ensure their needs are met
* Coordinate and review care plans to support young people's transition to adulthood
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including administrative tasks and record-keeping
* Support young people in developing their independence and life skills

**Requirements:**

* Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted-regulated environment
* Level 3 CYPW or above (or currently working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care)
* Enhanced DBS check and update service
* Ability to drive
* Smart and agile to handle the daily needs and activities of young people
